Rahul currently works as a Technology Consultant and has been with the Bank of England for the last six years. He focusses on aligning technology strategy with the Bank’s business area strategies, specifically for the Prudential Regulation Authority.

Working closely with other European supervisory authorities (like European Banking Authority, European Central Bank, Financial Conduct Authority etc.), Rahul's main interest has been in reducing cost of regulation through advancements in data analytics (AI/ML).

Rahul has over thirteen years of experience in financial services and technology domain having previously worked with Capgemini and Tata Consultancy Services. Rahul holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (with distinction) and a post-graduation in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Lisa Blenkinsop has worked in Financial Services Risk Management and Consulting for 10 years advising on GRC and Conduct and currently works for EY.

Over the two past two years she has transformed her work to closely align to Innovation, specifically around ethics and risk management of new technologies such as Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.

She attended the UK Parliament Select Evidence Committee on the benefits and risks of AI to society, presented to the FCA on Ethics and risk management of AI and worked with some of the UKs biggest retail banks and Wealth and Asset Managers on GDPR, Data Ethics and Data Analytics.

A highly visible and seasoned IT Services Professional, based in the UK since 2003, with over 25 years’ experience, Jaideep has proven time and time again that he can build successful businesses through his ability to recognise and recruit talented people, nurture and develop them through effective training, motivation and delegation into high performing and highly effective teams. He has been effective in spotting new business opportunities from concept through to delivery and aftercare by thinking outside of the box. Jaideep has in the past worked with Tata Consultancy Services, HP Enterprise Services & Atos SE where he has managed the interface between a diverse range of professionals and brought about an entrepreneurial approach to his work. Jaideep co-founded Cevitr to make automation accessible to all - regardless of the size of a company.

Sid’s specific areas of interest and research include risk data, model risk management, quantitative models in illiquid markets, high-performance analytics, energy and commodity trading risk, market structure design, new computational models, and the use of innovative mathematical methods in various emerging areas of risk management.
